I can advise you to contact Anchal Gupta (see question Q00085). He formed a hospital sterile services association in Mumbai and planned to organise a course. Probably he can help you.

In the United Kingdom we have a Technical Vocational Qualification for Sterile Service Staff,

This is accredited by the Institute of Sterile Services Management and The City & Guilds Institute of London and is only available to the UK and Southern Ireland.
However if you are interested in the coursework to improve and test your knowledge I will be pleased to inform you of where to purchase a copy.
Perhaps this might help you with a formal course of your own for India.

To complete the answer I gave, I want to draw your attention to the correspondence courses on our education pages. Maybe they can open up possibilities for you.
And if you want to organise a course the IAHCSMM publication "Instructor's guide for central service technical training" can also be useful.
