I think the article: "Eto Sterilization: Principles of Process Design" by Paul Sordellini et al, on www.devicelink.com/mddi/archive/98/12/006.html, can give the required information.
Under the clause: Steam Injection and Conditioning Dwell, two different methods for dynamic conditioning are described with a reference to the AAMI report TIR 15 - 1997, Arlington, VA, 1998: "Ethylene oxide sterilization equipment, process considerations and pertinent calculations". This report provides formulas and calculations necessary to determine RH during either method of dynamic conditioning.
