I would like to have more information on the classical processes to sterilise classical electronic components.

Sorry, but I don't have much information on sterilization of classical electronic components.

• Steam sterilization is too destructive.
• Gasplasma will probably induce corrosion.
• Ethylene Oxide is a possibility. Take account of the fact that ethylene oxide is highly inflammable and presents an explosion and fire hazard. Keep all sources of ignition such as sparks and static discharge away from the sterilizer. Never put electrical items containing batteries in a load to be sterilized.
• I've also read that electronic components are irradiated with electron beams.
