Dear Arif

The sterilization and reprocessing of surgical gloves is no longer common practice in Western Europaen, and North American Hospitals. There is a good tutorial in the INFECTION PREVENTION GUIDELINES FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES WITH LIMITED RESOURCES: A problem- solving reference manual in the following home page:
http://www.reproline.jhu.edu/video/hiv/tutorials/tutorials/IP/references/pdf/IP_manual/IP_manual_TOC.htm
Go from the Table of contents to the Appendix C

Kind regards
Josy Holdener
