Subject: PED regulation

Dear Everybody

I would appreciate if someone can help me
I am looking for a full list of countries which have to comply with PED regulation (97/23/EC).
I went on PED website but they do not explain if such or such country should comply with this regulation

Dear Daniel,

Miki is right. On the ped.eurodyn.com website you find the information you're looking for when you click on new approach in the left column. The 15 EU member states and the three EFTA members: Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (http://secretariat.efta.int/Web/EuropeanEconomicArea/introduction had to implement the directive already on 29/5/2002. (Also the 10 candidate-countries for EU membership will have to adopt the directive).
