Subject: Autoclave recommendation/advice

We are opening a prestigeous day spa offering pedicure and manicures.
Our priority to our customer is sterilization procedures are in place for implements used on the nails. We would like them individually placed next to the customer so she knows we are using the correct procedures. I am looking at the pouch whci shows the indicator arrow change to give them piece of mind we follow with correct procedures. Can anyone recommend to me a small Autoclave machine and explaine to me how it works. Does the implement go into the bag first? I really have no idea but would like to understand. My many thanks in advance
