Where can I find the research regarding Theatre Drapes and the adverse reaction that the shedding of same causes damage to the human body during surgery?

One adverse effect in the human body from particles shed from drapes is the formation of granulomas. When I did a search on www.altavista.com for "granuloma", I found 200 articles on this subject. Not all of these are on granulomas induced by foreign bodies, but this may be a good place to begin your search for research articles on the subject.
