If you mean ethylene oxide levels in the working environment, I suggest an infrared analyzer. It is better than a GC in that it does not require carrier gas, air supply, nor other gases. Contact Spectros Instruments which is about to market a new infrared analyzer specifically for employee work place monitoring of ethylene oxide:
