can you tell me the recomended periods for microbiology air sampling

Liz,

do you mean microbiological monitoring of viables and non-viables in a clean room? The requirements vary depending on the classification of the clean room. You must validate a cleaning procedure, and the HEPA filtration system. This can be done by performing air and surface sampling each day for a certain period (I did a month) and then poltting the data. Ths scope is to determine the effectiveness of your cleaning procedure. Check the ISO standard for the routine monitoring that will have to be done once you have validated the cleaning procedure.
