I would like to know whether HTM2010 Part -3, states that for Bowie Dick Test on 121 degree temperature, the time required is 19 minutes? Please let me have the details on this standard.

Hi,

B&D Test comes to approve an efficiant air removal stage. A positive result will assure good penetration of the steam into porous load.
The configuration of this stage is not depended on exposure temperature. This stage shall be identical in every cycle INTENDED for porous load (121,126,134 & BD Test). The exposure period depends on the Holding temperature.
The HTM 2010-3 states (13.48) holding time of 16.8 to 17.0 minutes at 121C.
