Subject: How to repair autoclave CISA S.r.l

We are Biomedical service in Prishtina Hospital, Kosova.
We have problem with autoclave CISA 6415.
We can't repair because we dont have service manual and operation manual.
The error is "Emergency Button" after that "select maual"

Dear Sir,

We are official representative of CISA in Kosovo. We have already repaired once (exchange of rubber door seal) this sterilizer and until know we are still waiting to be paid for spare parts, including those which we supplied to ICU (total amount circa 22,000-euro!)
We have told local administration that we can work but spare parts and consumables we cannot supply free of charge.
We are maintening other CISA sterilizers in your country and all are working OK.
