Hi guys,
My question is, are there any certification classes out their for sterile pack services departments? I manage a department that does reusable linen packs only. No decontaimination, instrumentation or issueing supplies. We do just inspection, folding, preparing packs, sterilization, quality assurance, inventory storage, and shipping. I want to know if their's something besides the standard cs correspondence course from Purdue University?
Also are their any bench marks for a sterile pack services department?
