What is the difference between chemical and glass bead sterilizer/autoclave cleaning and how often should it be done?

Go,

Chemical cleaning of the sterilizer refers to using cleaners to restore a surface that may be dirty, or have some kind of build up on it. The surface will usually be stainless steel. Glass beading is similar to sand blasting. It is intended to polish a surface, or even remove a layer of metal that may have rusted. This is more indicated for carbon steel sterilizers.

Hope this helps.
