Just a Quickie but i seem to be getting a green powdery residue on the chamber walls has anyone ever come across this or has any ideas

Green powder residue means Copper Oxide.
Is the piping made of copper? Are the valves or fittings made of copper or brass?
Did you use acidic material (liquid) to clean the chamber? If positive, you did not wash or flashed the system (piping) in a proper way.
