I need sterilization guidelines for blue towels

Dear Eileen

To answer your question, we need to know what "blue Towels" are. Are they hand towels, bath towels, towels made of synthetic material. If so, ask the manufacturer/retailer it they sustain steam sterilization at 134° C. Not any kind of towels should be sterilized with EO as they ab-adsorb to much EO and Moisture.
If you referring to reusable surgical textiles, there is an entire AAMI ST65 document, with guidelines for the proper handling and processing of reusable surgical textiles.

Kind regards
Josy Holdener
