Jun,

The policy in the United Kingdom is that we do not re-use single use disposable supplies of any sort. I think if you speak to the companies who supply disposable items they wil tell you that the guarantee is invalid after one use. Also alot of single use items are not made to withstand more than one use so to re-use them on another patient would be quite negligent.
