HTM is not relevent these days,the time you have stated for Bowie-dick test no longer followed. Today this test is available in 8.3min. at 121 degree cel.
HTM describes about the towel pack type that may take a longer time for air removal and steam penetration as its its towel charecterstics changes after a single use and one can not get the results on using the same towels.
