Hi Pam,

I dont know which Australian State you are from, but if you wanted to contact me directly I am sure I could help you with some information.

Also - you may not have received a flyer - but Drager Medical have Tim Galekop providing a series of workshops in different Australian states this week on precisely this issue and also about the various EN/ISO standards on packaging materials.

If you want to know more about this workshop-contact me and I will pass on the contact details to you. My email is as above or you can ring my mobile 0438 109 692.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Terry

I would first check your steam traps then if this doesnot cure the problem then i would look at the enviroment of the room as we found that the room temprature had been decreased and mainting the tins and poly cold so when inserted into the machine the heat onto the materials would condense giving more moisture than normal
also look at your drying times as some manufacturers include the pre vac as part of the drying time
it may take a while to solve but everyone has the same problem from time to time, your dryness fraction should be 0.95 but if using tins try for 0.97
