Subject: Endotoxin Pyrogen

Is there any possibility to transfer Endotoxine to the packed products during ETO sterilization process? And is it commune to use filters for the water used during the preconditioning and conditioning?
Thanks,
Sean

Hi Ghaforian
since endotoxines are by-products of sterilisation procedure (cell wall fragments) SO ITS CANNOT BE FOUNDED ON A WELL PACKAGED, MICRO-ORGANISM -FREE MEDICAL DEVICE. USING FILTERS CAN DO NOTHING because endotoxin are water soluple proteins.
