Subject: Air detector test for small load and full load

i wanted to get details of the metering device (how does it function ,what specifications does it have to meet and where can i buy it in india) as specified in the air detector test of the HTM2010. i am also looking at more information of the detector test procedure and compliance to HTM 2010 in general. thank you
