Dear Samir,

Detection of protein is available through efferent methods. Among them, included Derivatization Reagents for Proteins (electrophoresis), Reactive Fluorescent Dyes, IR technology and more. These methods are applicable for laboratory use, and not for routine monitoring of cleaning/decontamination processes. Using chemicals on a sterile device will compromise its sterility.

I hope it helps,
Yaffa Raz
