Dear Muneera,

There are a lot of washer-disinfectors that enable chemical disinfection, and many disinfectants are available in the market. It would be impossible to survey all the items in the market. You may find some information about your question in the websites of this forum industrial partners, and may I suggest that you apply to your local vendors to obtain some information.
Generally speaking, a washer-disinfector, which is equipped with several detergent pumps, and a thermal disinfection cycle (installed or programmable) may be suitable for your needs. When you consider a disinfectant, it would be helpful to know whether it is approved by local and/or international regulatory agencies as a disinfectant.
I hope it helps,

Yaffa Raz
