Dear Sir,

Formaldehyde is now classified as a Class One carcinogen by the World Health Organisation, a safe fumigation alternative is Hydrogen Peroxide bio-decontamination. Using this system the bio-decontamination is also validated using Biological Indicators.

See www.bioquell.com for more information.

paraformaldehyde is not necessary and is to avoid
better is a good cleaning and ventilation
use a disinfectant for horizontal surfaces
curtains have to be washed after the patient has left
